This is a lively mall-walking program that meets at Plaza Bonita's Food Court (second level). Enter through the entrance next to The Broken Yolk restaurant on the East side of the mall. CLUB Walk will take place one day per week; call us at (619) 470-4346 to determine the current meeting day. Mall walking will be from 9-10:30 AM, and the aerobics class will be held from 9:30-10 AM.

Walk at your own pace or team up with friends as you improve your health and get in shape. Walkers of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Our instructor leads a half-hour low-impact aerobics class. CLUB Walkers enjoy free blood pressure screenings when available and periodic lectures and health screenings.

Fitness for All - FREE

A low impact strength and flexibility exercise class offered to the community free of charge. Seniors find this class perfect. Those with special needs may participate in chair exercises. No appointment necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with good support.

Smoking Cessation - FREE

Smoking Cessation is a six-session program meeting once a week for smokers who want to break the habit. The program encourages group support, offers discussions of physical and mental addictions to cigarettes and encourages lifestyle and behavior changes such as the importance of exercise, good nutrition and stress management. Advanced registration is required.

Diabetes Management (Including Juvenile Diabetes) - FREE

Our Diabetes Educator will help you manage your blood glucose levels with dietary changes and lifestyle adjustments. The program includes blood glucose monitoring. You will learn about the diabetic diet, monitoring, reducing your risks, taking your medication, coping skills, the importance of activity and managing sick days.

Stress Management - FREE

Learn your stress triggers and how to reduce stress through relaxation, exercise and visualization. Understand the differences between stress and distress.

Weight Management - FREE

Join us for an educational and fun program to manage your weight. Topics include good nutrition, lowering fat intake, increasing fiber, exercise, reading food labels, grocery shopping tips and much more.

Yoga and Zumba - FREE

Get fit and enjoy the fun!

Cholesterol / Nutrition / Hypertension - FREE

There are lots of tips and tricks to eating healthy to manage your health. Learn how to manage your cholesterol levels and blood pressure by making lifestyle changes. The class also includes a voluntary cholesterol screening at the end of class.
