New Leadership Appointments at Paradise Valley Hospital

Neerav Jadeja has been appointed administrator for Paradise Valley Hospital in National City. Jadeja most recently was the chief operating officer of Inland Valley and Rancho Springs hospitals in Riverside County. Prior to that, he worked at Shands Healthcare in Florida. Jadeja was selected for the newly created administrator position after Paradise Valley CEO Luis Leon was promoted to regional CEO for both Paradise Valley and Alvarado hospitals in May.

Leon has been the CEO of Paradise Valley Hospital since 2007. During his tenure he has been instrumental in helping Paradise Valley become a "Top 100 in the Nation" healthcare facility (as recognized by Thomson Reuters), and a "Best in Value" hospital (as recognized by The Delta Group).
