PVH Behavioral Services Shines!

Behavioral Health Services scored an incredible 99% in the Annual Site and Record Review by the County of San Diego Behavioral Health Services which took place on June 6th, 2011 at the PVH campus, and on the 14th at the Bayview campus. This excellent score is a marked improvement from last year’s survey, and is a testament to the hard work of all the staff at both campuses.

The survey included a tour of the facilities, review of the policies and procedures, review of medical records and interviews with staff. The surveyors were very complimentary about the professionalism they encountered, very impressed with how the policies and procedures were written and with the completeness of documentation. They also awarded the unit with high marks for cleanliness.
