Directions from I-805 Freeway

Northbound 805. Take the Plaza Boulevard exit and turn right on Plaza Boulevard. Turn left on Euclid Avenue. The hospital is on the corner of Fourth Street and Euclid Avenue (enter off Fourth Street). Emergency access is available off Euclid Avenue.

Southbound 805. Take the Plaza Boulevard exit and turn left on Plaza Boulevard. Turn left on Euclid Avenue. The hospital is on the corner of Fourth Street and Euclid Avenue (enter off Fourth Street). Emergency access is available off Euclid Avenue.

Directions from I-5 Freeway

Northbound 5. Take the Division Street exit and turn left on Division Street. Turn right on Euclid Avenue. The hospital is on the corner of Fourth Street and Euclid Avenue (enter off Fourth Street). Emergency access is available off Euclid Avenue.

Southbound 5. Take the Eight Street exit and turn right on Eight Street. Turn left on Euclid Avenue.  The hospital is on the corner of Fourth Street and Euclid Avenue (enter off Fourth Street). Emergency access is available off Euclid Avenue.
